| SYSTEX in cultural and art activities |

SYSTEX believes that to make life better and more convenient is the value of technology. Therefore, it has been sponsoring various cultural and art activities since recent years in order to bring refreshing feelings to writers and artists.
In 2004, we sponsored The World of Love--Dialogue Between Calligraphy and Space organized by the Taipei City Museum of Fine Art by helping them to present the charm of calligraphy with multimedia. In 2006, we sponsored the Taipei recital of Chinese pianist Shu Zhong in order to let music lovers enjoy the valuable performance of Shu. |

| SYSTEX encourages employees to put social concern into charity practice. Besides the Your Blood, Other’s Lives blood donation activity, we participated in the Do One Thing Good for Taiwan: Hope Reading Plan organized by CommonWealth to support the one-year reading plan for children in remote areas in order to open their door to knowledge. |

| SYSTEX plans and maintains work environment with the highest standards to ensure employee safety and information security. In building security, we apply 24-hour surveillance to access control and management; we organize fire equipment inspection and report every year and reinforce the fire knowledge education of employees; we establish the fire safety and protection plan and set up the fire manager to enforce fire safety education; we report building safety inspection reports to the authorities to ensure that the building is absolutely safe. In environmental hygiene, to ensure employee food hygiene, we install sterilization dishwashers and disinfection cupboards at the cafeteria where employees visit most to enforce; and clean water tanks and disinfect environment regularly and maintain water fountains every month. |

| SYSTEX promotes energy saving according to domestic laws and regulations. Our energy saving policy covers: use of energy saving lighting equipment, installation of intelligent air conditioning controls; use of green photocopying equipment; waste paper and toner recycle; and paper-free office. |
